THE COURT.
A hearing was granted in this case after decision by the District Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. Upon further consideration we are satisfied with the correctness of the conclusion reached therein, and we therefore adopt the following opinion of Mr. Justice Thompson, as modified by said court, as the opinion of this court:
“The defendant Blanche T. Reynolds appealed from a judgment enjoining her, as Superintendent of Schools of Ventura County, from apportioning or transferring funds belonging to the several union high school districts which have been joined as plaintiffs…
