MEMORANDUM DECISION

This matter comes before the court on the Motion for Stay Pending Appeal (the “Motion”) [Docket No. 99] of Entertainment Events, Inc. (“EEI”) regarding the Merrill Lynch retirement accounts (the “Merrill Lynch Accounts ”) of Victoria C. Quade (the “Debtor”).
