GAJARSA, Circuit Judge.
Process Control Corporation (“Process Control”) appeals the decision of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Docket No. 93-CV-2795, wherein the district court sustained the validity and enforceability of U.S. Patent No. 5,148,943 owned by HydReclaim Corporation (“HydReclaim”), and found that Process Control had willfully infringed certain claims of that patent.
