This matter is before the Court on Defendant CSA-Credit Solutions of America, Inc.’s motion to compel arbitration. (Def.’s Mot. to Compel Arb., Docket # 5.) Defendant moves to compel arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) and Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
