NEELY, Chief Justice:

Bobby J. Shell appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Logan County that granted summary judgment to his former employer, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (Metropolitan), and his immediate supervisors, Frank T. Senkoski and John W. Thomas, denying his wrongful discharge and age discrimination claims and his motions to amend his complaint. On appeal, Mr. Shell argues that a previous decision by this Court on a certified question submitted by the parties did not resolve all the issues in the underlying action, that factual issues exist that preclude summary…
