[¶ 1] Ronald W. Dolliver Jr. appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) affirming a judgment of the District Court (Spring-vale, Janelle, J.) which modified a previous order of shared parental rights and provided that Lisa Dolliver would have sole parental rights.
