OPINION OF THE COURT
DeFORD, Judge:
At a trial by special court-martial, the appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of offenses of disrespect to a commissioned officer, willful disobedience of an order given by a commissioned officer, willful disobedience of two orders given by noncommissioned officers and resisting apprehension in violation of Articles 89, 90, 91 and 95, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) (10 U.S.C. §§ 889, 890, 891, and 895).
