MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION
In March 2007, plaintiff Anthony Porter-field (an incarcerated individual proceeding pro se) filed suit for damages under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against multiple defendants, alleging denial of medical care, inadequate medical care, failure to diagnose, deliberate indifference and cruel and unusual punishment, all in violation of the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
