This case arose under the South Carolina Workmen’s Compensation Act, Section 72-1 et seq., Code of 1962. There is here involved an appeal from an order of the circuit court reversing an award of the Industrial Commission in favor of James K. Polk, Jr., the appellant herein.

The appellant alleges that on March 15, 1962, while in the employ of E. I. du Pont de Nemours Co., Inc., the respondent herein, he fell and suffered a neck injury and other injuries and that as a result thereof he is now totally and completely disabled and entitled to benefits for total disability under…
