*227 Wells Fargo Vendor Financial Services (Wells Fargo) obtained a judgment against Nationwide Learning, LLC (Nationwide) for breach of its equipment lease contract. Wells Fargo sought to enforce that judgment against Studentreasures Acquisition, LLC (Studentreasures), who had acquired Nationwide's assets, on the theory of successor liability.
