W. HOMER DRAKE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Currently before the Court are Cross Motions for Summary Judgment filed by David Bryan Simmons (hereinafter “Debtor”) and the United States of America (hereinafter “Creditor”). The Cross Motions arise in an adversary proceeding initiated by Debtor in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 523(a) to determine the dischargeability of certain taxes owed by him to Creditor. This matter constitutes a core proceeding within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Court, see 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I), and it shall be disposed of in accordance with the Findings of Fact…
