In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to compel arbitration and to stay related proceedings, James C. Gherardi appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (I. Aronin, J.), dated December 15, 1987, as granted the petition.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
