OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jacob L. Martin, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, whereby the trial court, pursuant to a jury trial, convicted appellant of one count of reckless homicide, a third-degree felony, with a firearm specification. For the following reasons, we affirm.
{¶ 2} The Franklin County Grand Jury indicted appellant on one count of aggravated murder, in violation of R.C. 2903.01, with a firearm specification pursuant to R.C. 2941.145. The charge involved a December 2005 shooting incident that resulted in the death of Tamara Moore.
