OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Rayshawn Easley, appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, whereby the trial court convicted appellant, pursuant to a jury trial, of one count of having a weapon while under disability, one count of attempted murder with a firearm specification, and two counts of felonious assault, both with firearm specifications.
