Before this Court is a motion to compel arbitration filed by Defendants Jetro Cash and Carry Enterprises, Inc., and Restaurant Depot, LLC (collectively "Defendants"), pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 - 14, in which they seek to stay the underlying action and to compel arbitration. [ECF 7]. Plaintiff Nadine Clymer ("Plaintiff") has opposed the motion. [ECF 8].
