INTRODUCTION
This Adversary proceeding relates to the bankruptcy case filed by debtors Vance A. Stayner and Sharon F. Stayner (“Debtors”) under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. (1995).
