This is an appeal from a judgment directing the issue of a peremptory writ of mandate requiring the appellants, Walter J. Robinson and G. W. Hamilton, director of agriculture and Attorney General, respectively, to approve a warehouseman’s bond, tendered by the respondent in compliance with the provisions of Rem. Rev. Stat., § 6996, as amended by chapter 186, Laws of 1933, p. 815, § 1 (Rem. 1935 Sup., §6996 [P. C. §2659]).
