OPINION

TAYLOR, Judge.

On April 8, 1974, petitioner was adjudicated a delinquent and was committed by the Family Court to the custody of the Division of Juvenile Corrections [Division] of the Department of Health and Social Services [Department] “for custodian, during said child’s minority unless sooner discharged by said custodian or by due process of law for recommitment to the Ferris School for Boys” [sic]. Petitioner became 18 years of age on July 24, 1974. He is presently being held in custody by virtue of the order of the Family Court referred to above and 31 Del.C. 1 Chapter 51. This…
