BUSH, Circuit Judge.
Paul Daniel was convicted of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and possessing a firearm during the course of a felony. He appeals the order of the district court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, which he sought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 . For the reasons that follow, we AFFIRM the district court's order.
