ORDER
ROBERTS, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. For the following reasons the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion.
II. BACKGROUND
On January 7, 2005, Salvatore Munaco (“Plaintiff’) acquired title to property in Palm Beach County, Florida. He recorded a deed with the Palm Beach County Register of Deeds as the titleholder of the property. It appears that Stephen and Dana Roncelli (the “Roncellis”) sold the property to Plaintiff.
