Plaintiffs, a class of persons who purchased the common stock of defendant, NeoPharm, Inc. (“NeoPharm”), between the dates of October 31, 2001 and April 19, 2002 (“the class period”), alleging that NeoPharm, John N. Kapoor (“Kapoor”), 1 James M.
