BAILEY BROWN, District Judge.

This is an action by the Secretary of Labor under Sec. 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (29 U.S.C.A. § 217) to enjoin the defendant, Columbian Mutual Life Insurance Co., from failing to pay and from withholding the payment of minimum wage and overtime compensation required by Secs. 6(b), 7(a) (2) and 15(a) (2) of the Act (29 U.S.C.A. §§ 206(b), 207(a) (2) and 215(a) (2)) and from failing to maintain the records required by Secs. 11(c) and 15(a) (5) of the Act (29 U.S.C.A. §§ 211(c) and 215(a) (5)).
