This is an opinion on a post-decision motion. The movant requests that we overrule our previous decision in the entitled matter and consider his appeal on the merits.

This court had before it the appeal of the appellant from an order of the district court denying consideration of the petition for relief under K. S. A. 60-1507 for the reason the petitioner had filed a previous petition for relief under the same statute.
