Beverly J. Hamby (“Hamby”) filed suit against the City of Liberty (“City”) for wrongful termination of her employment as a police officer. The trial court sustained the City’s motion for summary *516judgment. After opinion by the Court of Appeals, Western District, this Court granted transfer. Mo. Const, art. V, sec. 10; Rule 83.03.1 The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
