This is an appeal from the granting of appellee’s motion for summary judgment and denial of appellant’s motion for partial summary judgment in a wrongful death action. On appeal, we have one issue to decide: whether the trial court erred in finding that the appellee’s uninsured motorist policy exclusion for injuries sustained while occupying an owned but not insured vehicle was valid (and not in violation of the minimum coverage required) under Ark.
