This is an action of contract, in which the plaintiffs seek to recover for an alleged breach of warranty in the sale of forty-five hundred pounds of 12/1 first grade carded peeler fast sulphur black knitting yarn, in that the yarn sold and delivered by the defendant to the plaintiffs did not correspond with the description thereof set forth in the instrument of purchase and sale annexed to the plaintiffs’ declaration.
