DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellants, John Langan, et. al., appeal the judgment of the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas affirming a variance request granted by the Avon Lake Board of Zoning Appeals. We affirm the decision of the trial court.

{¶ 2} Kopf Construction Co. (Applicant) applied to the Avon Lake Board of Zoning Appeals requesting a zoning variance reducing the minimum width of the side yard set backs from 35 feet to 10 feet on Lots 69 and 78 in the Legacy Pointe PUD (planned unit development) Subdivision No. 3.
