Plaintiff is the owner in fee of a parcel of real property situate on the northeasterly corner of West End avenue and Eighty-fifth street, borough of Manhattan, New York city, and was in possession thereof for more than one year prior to the commencement of the present action. Plaintiff’s said real property has a frontage of twenty-seven feet two inches on West End avenue, and extends easterly on Eighty-fifth street a distance of one hundred feet, and is rectangular in form.
