Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vaccaro, J.), rendered September 27, 1978, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. On December 3, 1976 defendant was arraigned under an indictment charging him with robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the third degree and petit larceny, all of which allegedly occurred “on or about October 7, 1976.” Thereafter, a bill of particulars was served by the People in which it was indicated that the offense occurred on October 7,1976.
