This matter came before the Court on October 24, 2013, on cross motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Sher-ron Associates Loan Fund XXI (Lacey) L.L.C. (Sherron Associates) and defendant Margaret Thomas (Thomas). At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court took the matter under advisement.
