FINDINGS OF FACT

This matter is before the Court upon Amended Complaint filed by Household Finance Corporation on 6 October 1981 requesting relief from the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 1301. The Complaint names Debtor, the “co-signer,” and the Trustee as Defendants. The Court held a pretrial to consider the matter on 28 October 1981, at which time the parties agreed to submit the matter for decision on the record. 11 U.S.C. §§ 102(1) and 1301(c).
