Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed June 27, 2001, which ruled that decedent’s death was not causally related to his employment and disallowed claimant’s application for workers’ compensation death benefits.

Within two hours after parking his car and running through his employer’s parking lot in order to be on time for work, claimant’s 55-year-old husband (hereinafter decedent) experi*978enced shortness of breath, went into cardiac arrest, and later died.
