BRADLEY, Judge.

Appellee filed suit for divorce in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, in Equity, against his wife, the appellant, on June 26, 1972. In the bill of complaint as later amended, appellee alleged that he and his wife had lived together as man and wife for three years, and separate and apart for two years. He further alleged that appellant abandoned him and that such abandonment had been continuous for more than one year prior to the filing of the complaint.
