MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HURLEY, Senior District Judge:
Plaintiff Patrick Delia commenced this action alleging that his former employer, the United States Postal Service (the “Postal Service”), violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), by discriminating against him based upon his national origin and by retaliating against him because he filed administrative complaints of discrimination.2 Presently before the Court is defendant’s motion, made pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, for summary judgment.
