Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS this motion.

I. Factual Background

At all times relevant to this lawsuit, Plaintiff Tracey Thompson was a part-time regular mail handler for the United States Postal Service (USPS) at the Napoleon Street Annex in San Francisco.
