HOWELL, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members of murder while engaged in an act inherently dangerous to others,1 conspiracy to obstruct justice, willful disobedience of a commissioned officer (three specifications), obstruction of justice, and wrongful discharge of a firearm, in violation of Articles 118, 81, 90, and 134, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 890, 934.
