I concur in that part of the decision of the court which holds that the trial court erred in awarding counsel fees to appellee *519based on appellant’s delay in assisting in the sale of the parties’ former marital home. I also agree with the court’s decision declining to review appellant’s challenge to the trial court’s interpretation of the parties’ contract and the award of damages to appellee, but not for the reasons given by the court as explained hereinafter.
