It is necessary to decide whether the judgment obtained by plaintiffs in this Court on January 31, 1955, against defendant, Ernest M. Crosby, is discharge-able in bankruptcy.

A review of the factual circumstances reveals that on November 7, 1949, plaintiffs recovered in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, a final, valid judgment in default against defendant.
