The issue on appeal is whether, under the facts, certain defendants are liable to the plaintiff bank under two guaranty agreements whereby they guaranteed all debts of Whitehall Vending Company owing to the plaintiff, or whether only the defendants *866Gray are liable to the plaintiff under an agreement whereby the Grays assumed the indebtedness that Whitehall Vending Company owed the plaintiff.
