GARRISON, Judge.

Neldon H. Neal (“Defendant”) was charged by amended information, as a pri- or and persistent offender, with robbery in the second degree, in violation of Section 569.030,1 and property damage in the second degree, in violation of Section 569.120. A jury found Defendant guilty of robbery in the second degree, and he was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment.
