The matter before the court is the Chapter 7 Trustee’s complaint for turnover of funds in three pension plans in which Jerald Patrick Gallagher (“Gallagher”), one of the debtors in Bankruptcy Case No. 86-03874-SJ, is a member and beneficiary.
