LEWIS, Circuit Judge.
This action arises in interpleader at the instance of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as insurer of the life of Bill Eastland Skinner who died in an automobile accident occurring in New Mexico in 1956. The insurance company has paid into court the proceeds of its *346policy asserting that the parents of deceased (appellants) and the administrator of the estate of Audrey Jane Skinner (appellee) are each claimants to the fund.
