In an action to recover damages for tortious interference with contract, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Donovan, J.), entered November 1, 1989, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground of collateral estoppel, and denied her cross motion for summary judgment.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
