Woodrow Pennington, as plaintiff, commenced an action in the Court of Magistrate Norman E. Cullum, of the County of Aiken, this State, by the service of summons and complaint upon the defendants, Wolf Construction Company, G. T. Eulmer, L. W. Boykin, Jr., and the State Plighway Department, on the 11th day of December, 1931, for the purpose of recovering judgment against the defendants in the sum of $5.10, alleging a joint and several liability of the defendants to the plaintiff, for a claim for labor alleged to have been performed by…
