Some time in 1922, and long prior thereto, the Consolidated Realty Company, a corporation, and its subsidiary and affiliated corporation, Hieatt Bros., were engaged in the real estate business in the city of Louisville, Ky., and which embraced all activities concerning .Teal estate, including ownership of and dealing in it.
