Petition for review and annulment of the order of the respondent commission which denied any compensation to the petitioner.

The petitioner claims compensation as a dependent widow of Glenn MacArthur, who met his death on April 1, 1932, at Wilmington, California, from injuries sustained while he was employed as a loftman by the respondent Raymond Concrete Pile Company. The respondent Employers’ Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd., was the employer’s insurance carrier.
