1. The first question presented by this bill of exceptions is whether or not the provisions in the will of William 0. Weems, deceased, quoted in the statement of facts, violate the rule against perpetuities. Code § 85-707 provides as follows: “Limitations of estates may extend through any number of lives in being at the time when the limitations commence, and 21 years, and the usual period of gestation added thereafter.
