(After stating the foregoing facts.) We, are called upon in this case to review the judgment of the trial court construing the will of Louis F. Garrard Sr., a distinguished lawyer and member of the bar of this court in his lifetime. The will in its entirety is set out in the foregoing statement, inasmuch as it is insisted that in order to construe it properly we should consider everything within its “four corners.” This we have done.
