In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hurowitz, J.), dated April 13, 1989, which granted the respondent’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against him.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The appellant’s contention that the contract executed by the respondent obligated him individually is wholly without merit. The contract clearly states that the corporate entity is the party to the agreement and the respondent executed the contract in his corporate…
