Construction Corp., and Jonah Mandelbaum appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Owen, J.), dated July 24, 1998, which denied their motion for partial summary judgment.dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against the defendant Jonah Mandelbaum, and the demand for punitive damages against all of the defendants.
